2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is confirmed and processed via WhatsApp, the ₹150 fee becomes non-refundable.
• If we are unable to complete or fulfill your assignment requirements due to unforeseen reasons, a 100% full refund will be initiated instantly.
• Incorrect or missing structural inputs from the user may result in delivery delays, for which we do not hold liability.

Your personal information, shared documents, PDFs, and payment verification screenshots are completely secure with us. We maintain strict confidentiality and never share user data with any third-party entities. All transaction records and files are securely removed after task finalization.
